We have three basic levels of Support - Contract Booking, Block Booking and emergency On Call. We try to keep this area of our operation as clear and helpfull as possible. We recommend you only engage the support you truly need to maintain security and integrity of your valuable Company data. Your individual needs are what we care about, and we support in a manner suited to them.

Contracts In general a Contract booking suits Companies that have almost a full requirement to employ an IT person on staff. We understand the dynamics of out sourcing, and here a Contract agreement will certainly keep the payroll figures down. Depending on the level, Contracts have many benefits including lower hourly rates, same day booking,loan equipment for failed items, free telephone support, on-site and off-site checking of server logs and virus definitions. All Contracts include a free Annual audit of your systems and future Computer / Networking requirements.

Contract Payments are paid monthly, and the amount will depend on the extent of your Systems and organizational structure. If paid in advance for a 12 month period, Contracts will attract a 10% discount.

On Call This attracts our Standard hourly rate for bookings made in advance. In most cases we will most certainly been keen to give you same day response, however scheduled bookings from clients using Block Booking will be given preference. We provide an Emergency hourly response rate that is available to all bookings no matter what level the booking is.

Remote Support Connections
To enable us to connect to your Computer, we have set up a Secure remote login system. This system will allow us to not only connect to you remotely, but also allow you, to monitor all activity during our support call. We also offer multiple support connections, and can do Presentations via these multiple connections showing many users the same screen the support is being conducted on.  All you need to do is download one of Installer files, and then advise us of the ID displayed on your computer. We then enable a secure connection from our office to your Computer. We can make connections to bot h PC & Mac computers, and have maded the downloads for both available
